|Shipping & Delivery|
All Snacks Pack pricing includes shipping. We use UPS ground to deliver all packages. Once the package has shipped you will be provided with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours from the receipt of the shipping verification to check the status of your shipment
Depending on your location, you can expect to receive your package between 3-7 days after shipping is initiated. Although we use UPS 3 Day Select for our method of shipping, weekends and major holidays may add an additional day or two as per UPS shipping schedules.
|Returns & Replacements|
Because we are shipping food products, we are unable to accept returned shipments. Replacements can be arraigned for, in the event that the package is destroyed/lost while in route to your home. A proper claim form filed with UPS/FedEx and proof of damage/responsibility on the part of the carrier will be required before a request for replacement can be processed/accepted.
We offer a 100% Money Back Guarantee. If you can honestly say that we didn’t ship you anything that you liked, your “Micks Snack Pack™” didn’t live up to your expectations (or our hype, however, this is an awesome program), we will gladly refund your purchase and cancel your membership.
If your refund is for a Membership (see our Cancellation Policy), your refund will be processed within 72 hours of determining that you are eligible for a refund
It is your responsibility to cancel your membership within a timely manner. All cancellations need to be received and processed by the 5th day of the month. Failure to cancel your membership through your Customer Portal or via firstname.lastname@example.org will result in your Snack Pack being shipped.
However; if you do not cancel your membership prior to the 5th of the month, that month will be ineligible for a refund as your products will be in the process of being packaged and shipped.
In the event that your Snack Pack is lost in transit, (which we all know never happens), by providing us with the proper documentation (carrier claim form, etc.) we will reprocess your order and reship your Snack Pack as quickly as possible. Please note: In the event this occurs, we may be out of stock of one or more of the items slated for that particular Snack Pack. While we will try to avoid this issue, if this unfortunate event happens we will replace your items with like items or as close to like items as possible.
