By signing up for our Membership service you agree to the following terms and conditions.

 
Payment:
 

All Memberships are set up for recurring payments and are billed on the last day of each month.

 

The Membership Plan is billed at the end of each month.

 

After 3 failed attempts to charge the payment to your selected payment method, your account will be suspended and you will be required to start your membership over. In the event this happens, and you are not able to sign up for the plan prior to the last day of the month, you will be added to the next mailing cycle.

 

We understand this may seem strict, however; we plan our orders and box contents based on the number of memberships that are paid for by the last day of the month. Failure to do this on our end would cause us to delay shipping the Snack Packs out to all of our family members.

 
Gift Packages:
 

Currently the Gift Packs are shipped on the same schedule as the regular membership. Once we are able to increase our storage/warehouse capabilities, we will address changing this and evaluate our system to determine if we can start a weekly shipping process for our Gift Packs. If that becomes available we will update this and inform all of our members of that change.

 
Refunds:
 

We offer a 100% Money Back Guarantee. If you can honestly say that we didn’t ship you anything that you liked, your “Micks Snack Pack™” didn’t live up to your expectations (or our hype, however, this is an awesome programme), we will gladly refund your purchase and cancel your membership.

Because we are shipping out food products, we are not able to accept return shipments.

If your refund is for a Membership (see our Cancellation Policy), your refund will be processed within 72 hours of determining that you are eligible for a refund.

 
Cancellation:
 

All memberships are billed automatically and payment will be collected prior to the shipment of our Snack Packs. If the credit card on file is declined, we will automatically attempt to reprocess the payment. After the 3rd unsuccessful payment attempt, your membership will be terminated. We are not responsible for any overdraft fees associated with declined payments or delays in shipping your box in the event the payment is received after the ordering cut-off date.

 

It is your responsibility to cancel your membership within a timely manner. All cancellations need to be received and processed by the 5th day of the month. Failure to cancel your membership through your Customer Portal or via help@micksirishpantry.com will result in your Snack Pack being shipped.

 

However; if you do not cancel your membership prior to the 5th of the month, that month will be ineligible for a refund as your products will be in the process of being packaged and shipped.

 
Lost Shipments:
 

In the event that your Snack Pack is lost in transit, (which we all know never happens), by providing us with the proper documentation (carrier claim form, etc.) we will reprocess your order and reship your Snack Pack as quickly as possible. Please note: In the event this occurs, we may be out of stock of one or more of the items slated for that particular Snack Pack. While we will try to avoid this issue, if this unfortunate event happens we will replace your items with like items or as close to like items as possible.
