|Shipping & Delivery|
All Snacks Pack pricing includes shipping. We use UPS 3-Day Select to deliver all packages. Once the package has shipped you will be provided with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours from the receipt of the shipping verification to check the status of your shipment.
Depending on your location, you can expect to receive your package within 3-5 days after shipping is initiated.
|Privacy & Security|
Your data and customer information is NEVER shared or sold without your implicit permission. All aspects of your data (address, emails, credit card information, etc.) is secured using the latest encryption and security protocols available to us. Our business partners and service/product suppliers are never given access to any customer or company information/databases.
|Returns & Replacements|
Because we are shipping food products, we are unable to accept returned shipments. Replacements can be arraigned for in the event that the package is destroyed/lost while in route to your home. A proper claim form filed with UPS/FedEx and proof of damage/responsibility on the part of the carrier will be required before a request for replacement can be processed/accepted.
Our ordering system is designed with your ease and comfort in mind. While we pride ourselves in the appearance and the reliability of our site and e-Commerce management system, there may be times where we have issues processing your order. We will work to solve any issues as quickly as possible. When we provide the opportunity to purchase special/limited items, we will do everything we can to ensure that out ordering system properly conveys an accurate stock count and removes the item from the system once we have run out of stock.
|Payment, Pricing & Promotions|
All memberships are billed automatically and payment will be collected prior to the shipment of our Snack Packs. If the credit card on file is declined, we will automatically attempt to reprocess the payment. After the 3rd unsuccessful payment attempt, your Membership will be terminated. We are not responsible for any overdraft fees associated with declined payments or delays in shipping your box in the event the payment is received after the ordering cut-off date.
You have the ability to check your order status at any time through your own account login.
|Updating Account Information|
Your account login allows you to change/update your account information at any time. We are not responsible for maintaining proper/updated addresses, billing information, or payment details.
